Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Peppy Diary collects, why we use it, and the choices you have when using our website and peptide recordkeeping tools.

1. Who this policy applies to

This Privacy Policy applies when you visit peppydiary.com, create a Peppy Diary account, use our calculator and tracking features, connect Telegram, purchase a plan, or contact support.

Peppy Diary is a personal recordkeeping service. It is not a healthcare provider, pharmacy, laboratory, or medical records system.

2. Information we collect

Account information

We may collect your name, email address, password credential in hashed form, Google account identifier when you choose Google sign-in, account tier, and account settings.

Information you choose to record

You may enter protocol names, compounds, schedules, doses, injection dates and sites, vial and reconstitution details, reminder times, weight entries, notes, skipped-dose status, and other routine information. This information may be sensitive, so only record information you are comfortable storing in the service.

Telegram and notification information

If you connect Telegram, we store the Telegram chat identifier needed to deliver messages, your enabled status, reminder times, and time zone. Telegram receives the reminder text needed to deliver each message. You can disable Telegram reminders in Account Settings.

Purchase information

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy. We may receive transaction, customer, subscription, purchased-plan, and payment-status identifiers needed to activate and manage access. We do not receive or store your full payment card number.

Technical and usage information

We may collect basic device, browser, IP-derived country, request, security, error, and feature-usage information. We may also use cookies or local storage to maintain sessions, remember preferences, protect accounts, and keep the service working.

3. How we use information

  • Provide, personalize, and maintain Peppy Diary.
  • Save your protocols, logs, calculations, vial inventory, and preferences.
  • Authenticate your account and prevent unauthorized access or abuse.
  • Send reminders and account messages you request.
  • Process purchases, activate plan access, and manage subscriptions.
  • Respond to support, privacy, and account requests.
  • Diagnose errors, improve reliability, and understand aggregate product usage.
  • Comply with applicable legal obligations and enforce our Terms.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your private protocol or dose-log content to provide medical advice.

4. When information is shared

We share information only as reasonably needed to operate the service, complete actions you request, or meet legal obligations. Service providers may include hosting and database providers, authentication providers, Lemon Squeezy for payments, Telegram for connected reminders, email delivery providers, and security or analytics services.

These providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, to investigate fraud or abuse, or as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of the service, subject to appropriate protections.

5. Data retention and security

We retain account information while your account is active and as reasonably necessary to provide the service, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, enforce agreements, and satisfy legal or accounting obligations. Some transaction records may need to be retained after account deletion.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Use a unique password, protect access to your email and Telegram accounts, and contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

6. Your choices and rights

You can update many account and reminder preferences inside Peppy Diary. You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your personal information by emailing support@peppydiary.com from the email address connected to your account. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

You may disconnect Telegram by disabling it in Account Settings. You may also stop messages by blocking the bot in Telegram, although disabling it inside Peppy Diary helps keep your account preferences accurate.

7. International use and children

Peppy Diary and its service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Those countries may have different data-protection laws. By using the service, you understand that information may be transferred and processed where we or our providers operate.

Peppy Diary is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 18. If you believe a minor has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and remove it where appropriate.

8. Changes and contact

We may update this policy as Peppy Diary changes. We will post the revised policy here and update the date above. Material changes may also be communicated through the service when appropriate.
