1. Accepting these Terms
By creating an account, purchasing a plan, or using Peppy Diary, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement.
2. Important medical disclaimer
Peppy Diary is a personal organization and recordkeeping tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, prescriptions, dosing instructions, clinical monitoring, or emergency services. Compound profiles, half-life values, calculators, site suggestions, reminders, and other outputs are informational recordkeeping aids and may be incomplete or inaccurate.
Always verify calculations, labels, units, concentrations, schedules, and instructions independently and consult a qualified healthcare professional before making health or medication decisions. Do not disregard professional advice or delay seeking care because of information shown in Peppy Diary. For a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services.
3. Your account
You are responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting your password and connected sign-in methods, and all activity under your account. Tell us promptly at support@peppydiary.com if you believe your account has been compromised.
Your account and paid access are personal to you. You may not sell, transfer, share, or provide unauthorized access to your account. Shared-vial features are for recordkeeping within your own account and do not create separate accounts or medical records for other people.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse Peppy Diary, interfere with its operation, bypass access or plan controls, probe or exploit security weaknesses, upload unlawful or harmful content, automate abusive requests, reverse engineer protected parts of the service, impersonate another person, or use the service in violation of law.
You remain responsible for the information you enter and for ensuring you have the right to record information relating to anyone else.
5. Plans, billing, and renewals
Available features, limits, prices, currencies, and billing periods are shown before checkout. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record and payment provider. Its checkout and buyer terms may also apply.
Recurring plans renew automatically at the interval shown at checkout until canceled. You can manage or cancel a subscription through the customer portal or the instructions provided with your purchase. Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not normally end access before the current paid period expires.
A lifetime pass means access to the included plan for the supported lifetime of the Peppy Diary service, not the lifetime of an individual user and not a guarantee that the service or every feature will exist forever. Plan names, limits, and features may evolve, but we will not change paid access arbitrarily or misleadingly.
6. Discounts, upgrades, and refunds
Promo codes, community discounts, and trade-in offers may have eligibility requirements, expiration dates, plan restrictions, and one-use limits. They have no cash value and cannot be combined unless expressly allowed.
Refunds and charge disputes are handled according to the terms shown at checkout, Lemon Squeezy's buyer policies, and applicable law. Contact support@peppydiary.com with your account email and order details if you need purchase support.
7. Your content and service rights
You retain ownership of information you enter. You give Peppy Diary a limited permission to host, process, back up, and display that information only as needed to provide, secure, and improve the service and to comply with law.
Peppy Diary, including its software, branding, design, content, and original materials, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you.
8. Availability and third-party services
We work to keep Peppy Diary reliable, but the service may be interrupted, changed, or unavailable. Reminders can be delayed or missed because of device settings, time zones, network conditions, Telegram, hosting providers, or other systems. Never rely on Peppy Diary as your only method for remembering or managing a dose.
Features may connect to third-party services such as Google, Telegram, Lemon Squeezy, and hosting or email providers. We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them may be governed by their terms.
9. Suspension and termination
You may stop using Peppy Diary at any time and may request account deletion. We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users or the service, respond to legal requirements, prevent fraud or abuse, address nonpayment, or enforce these Terms. Where practical, we will provide notice.
10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Peppy Diary is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, fitness for a particular purpose, or medical accuracy.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Peppy Diary and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses arising from reliance on calculations, reminders, compound information, user-entered data, or third-party services. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
11. Changes, governing law, and contact
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the service, law, or business practices. The updated date will appear above. If a change is material, we may provide additional notice. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer laws in your location apply.
